What kind of data does Fotoacademie collect?
Fotoacademie collects data whenever you request information, register for a course, network or activity or if you contact us in another manner.
Fotoacademie processes the following data when you register:
- first name;
- last name;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- date of birth;
- payment details;
- relevant education data.
During the course we also collect data on:
- individual arrangements.
If you request information we will use your data to send the requested information and inform you of our courses and activities.
We will also keep you informed of the latest developments at Fotoacademie through our newsletter. When registering with Fotoacademie it is important that you provide us with all information we require for registration in good time. If the information is not complete and submitted on time, Fotoacademie is entitled to suspend or discontinue registration, as provided for in our General Terms and Conditions.
The retention period is related to the objective for which we obtained or collected data and statutory obligations. To register you, we need to keep your data for the duration of the course and/or activity. After this, it is possible to deregister. Fotoacademie keeps the most recently amended profile for a maximum of 36 months, after which time these data will be automatically deleted.
Changing your data
Fotoacademie gives you the opportunity to access, change or delete all personal information that you have given us. Please email us at email@example.com if you would like to access, change, transfer or delete your personal data.
Fotoacademie will only share your data with third parties if this is strictly necessary for our activities. In that event, your privacy will be guaranteed by the agreements that Fotoacademie enters into with these parties.
All data is sent via secure connections. Furthermore, our servers have up-to-date security software. All Fotoacademie employees who handle data have been given clear instructions to treat it with the greatest possible care. Clear agreements have been made in the data processing agreements that Fotoacademie has entered into with third parties.
If, despite all these guarantees, you consider that we have not handled your data properly, you may submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority.
